Building on the success of MSBA, a new course – Artificial intelligence in business – Will start in Fall 2023. Courses will cover advanced topics on deep learning, reinforcement learning, large-scale artificial intelligence, and advanced network analytics.

Experience the world of business, data and artificial intelligence
Hands-on MSBA Analytics from Goizueta It puts students at the center of a realistic work scenario. They act as advisors to deliver results – with the MSBA Managing Director and faculty supporting them every step of the way. It is the perfect combination of business, data and technology.
During the program, teams of students work with a real customer—ranging from a Fortune 500 company to a startup—to deliver a data-driven business solution to a real problem the customer is facing. Teams deliver the three core deliverables of a data science project: Technical (code, clean data), Dashboard Visualization (Tableau, ggplot), and Executive (Business Outcome).
The projects will correspond to the track being completed by the student. Students in the Business Analytics track will complete a general data science project and students in the AI track will work on a project that has an AI-focused problem or solution.
No wonder why 100% of graduates of the Class of 2022 received job offers within six months of graduation. They had a median base salary of $100,000 USD.
Graduate program for working professionals
Goizueta is also launching a new part-time MS program in Business Analytics designed specifically for professionals with five or more years of work experience in the fields of data, information technology, and analytics. “We’ve noticed a need in the industry for current working professionals in the areas of business, technology and data. What we offer is fundamentally different from the other possibilities available to these people now,” says Chilapa.
It indicates xMSBA: Master of Science in Business Analytics for Working Professionals. It builds on the core competencies of the MSBA program, with some modified elements. For example, classes are held on alternating Wednesday and Saturday evenings.
What sets xMSBA apart are the intensive global residencies as well as the practical analyses. Companies that choose to sponsor a group of their employees for this program can expose the problem they are facing with the guidance of the MSBA’s expert faculty and managing director.
“The software has developed a unique way to take a business situation, turn it into a data problem, derive solutions based on data science, and turn the solution into a business recommendation,” says Chilapa.
With Goizueta Global ClassroomxMSBA pool could come from countries like Mexico and Colombia – companies have already expressed interest in the program. Students will have to meet and interact with each other in the compulsory accommodations: two six-day sessions to start and finish their degree in Atlanta and two three-day international trips. Residencies are scheduled with working professionals in mind and require only six days a week away from the office.
